Who will delivery my order?

We send all small orders with Royal Mail and large orders thru ParcelForce or a national courier.

How long do you take to deliver items?

Normally most small orders take a couple of days days and all large orders up to 7-10 days. Please note these times are only a worst case scenario guide and will reflect onm current workload at time of ordering.

Can my order be tracked?

All orders are sent using a Royal Mail RM 24 First Class Service or bulky orders via a national courier.

Do you have express delivery?

Yes. For an additional charge we offer Special Delivery where you can receive your goods by any given day or time, this is all dependant on the size of your order so you will need to send us the details so that we can send you a quote for delivery. This service will also enable you to track your parcel where we can send you a tracking number which can be used on the Royal Mail web site to follow the movements of your order.

If my order has not arrived what do I do?

This can normally be for many reasons so if you contact us as soon as possible and we will try and resolve the matter swiftly.

Do you export worldwide?

Yes except some locations especially the EU. just contact us with your location and requirements and we will be happy to let you if we do and give you a quote for shipping your item.
