Providing artwork for DTF printing is straightforward and ensures your designs transfer sharply onto garments. We'll guide you through essential preparation steps to match our production process, delivering vibrant results without delays or rejections.

Ai, PSD, PNG, PDF, SVG and JPEG Formats

Submit only PNG, PDF, SVG, or JPEG files—no layered PSDs. Note JPEGs must include the full background colour to avoid transparency issues. Flatten all transparency and effects before export for RIP software compatibility.

300 DPI Final Print Resolution

Ensure every image reaches at least 300 DPI at its final print size to avoid scaling issues later. In Photoshop, go to Image > Image Size (uncheck Resample) to verify. Low-res files will be rejected, ensuring sharp DTF prints on garments.

sRGB or CMYK Color Profiles

Stick to sRGB color profile or convert to CMYK via Photoshop: Image > Mode > CMYK. This matches our DTF printer inks precisely for vibrant, accurate colors on dark and light fabrics. Avoid other profiles to prevent color shifts.

Exact 15mm Graphic Spacing

Position exactly 15mm gaps between all designs on the sheet. This allows clean trim lines and prevents logos or elements from being cut off during production. Use Photoshop rulers or guides set to precisely 15mm for accurate placement.

100% Exact Print Dimensions

Create artwork at exact print dimensions—no upscaling required. Use pocket sheet size: 90x150mm canvas; full sheet: 570x1000mm. This guarantees perfect fit on DTF film without distortion or wasted material.

No Artwork Mirroring Needed

Send artwork right-reading (as it appears on the garment). DTF film prints in positive orientation—simply place adhesive side down, no left/right flip needed. This simplifies application and avoids reversed designs

Vector Files Print Sharpest

We prefer SVG or Illustrator files with outlined paths for sharpness at any scale. Ideal for logos, fine text, and intricate details. Raster PNGs are okay but may lose crispness if enlarged beyond original size

Flatten & Embed All Layers

Flatten every layer, embed all fonts and images—no live effects, transparency, or editable elements. This prevents RIP software crashes, missing parts, or rendering errors during DTF production.

Embed All Images Completely

Embed every raster image directly into the file—no linked externals. Missing links result in blank spots on your printed sheet, ruining the entire DTF transfer batch.

Outline All Text Elements

Convert all text to outlines or shapes before submission. This eliminates font substitution problems when files are opened in our software, ensuring exact typographic fidelity in prints.
