What is your delivery charge?
All items ordered within the UK are sent Royal Mail First Class delivery and all are tracked.
How long do you take to deliver items?
Normally all small orders take between 2-5 days and all large orders up to 7-10 days.
Please note these times are only a worst case scenario guide, once your order is booked in and all stock and materials are available we can give you an accurate time slot for your delivery if you contact us.
Who will deliver my order?
We currently send a bulk of our orders via Royal Mail and larger orders are sent using Parcelforce or a national courier.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, just add your address details and the cart will calculate your delivery cost automatically based on your location.
Do you offer samples?
Not currently able to supply samples. If you require a sample please order one item only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed we are able to amend or cancel if you contact us within 24hrs of placing your order. (For Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public holidays these times still apply.
What are you business hours?
You are able to contact us or place an order anytime 24hrs and 365 days of the year.
How do I care for my garment?
To care for your garment make sure the iron is on a cool setting and the garment turned inside out, Do not dry clean, Do not use chlorine bleach, Low temperature tumble dry, Washing – maximum temperature of 40ºC.
What is the quality of the t-shirts like?
Our t-shirts and print quality are of the highest standards, all our garments used are by well known brands like Fruit of the loom, Gildan, Skinni-Fit and B & C.
Why do your prices exclude VAT?
We are currently not VAT registered so the price you see is the price you pay.
How do you keep your prices down?
We do not have a bricks and mortar shop and are web based only so our overheads are very low.
