Our Processes
We highlight below the several ways how we produce our products and get designs onto garments, stickers and transfers.
CAD Cut Vinyl is a process where transfers are created using a CAD cut vinyl plotter and the artwork is cut from a single colour vinyl roll.
Normally suitable for short run and not high level of detail. No minimum print run is required. All transfers can be applied with a domestic iron or commercial heatpress.
Digitally printed transfers are generally used when a greater control is required for fine detailed graphics and photographs using multiple colours up to A3 in size.
No minimum print run is required. Small transfers can be applied with a domestic iron but on larger transfers a heat press is preferred but not compulsory.
When you require high durability, larger sizes and bigger print runs, screen printed transfers are the most suited process you will need. A minimum print run of 25 is required with all orders.
