Delivery and Returns

Who will delivery my order?

We send all small orders with Royal Mail and large orders thru ParcelForce or a national courier.

How long do you take to deliver items?

Normally all small orders take between 3-5 days and all large orders upto 7-10 days. Please note these times are only a worst case scenario guide, once your order is booked in and all stock and materials are available we can give you an accurate time for your delivery via email.

Can my order be tracked?

This only applies to orders that are requested to be sent using a Royal Mail Special Delivery or national courier. When your order is ready for despatch we will notify you via email with a reference number which you can use to track your parcel.

Do you have express delivery?

Yes. For an additional charge we can offer Special Delivery where you can receive your goods by any given day or time, this is all dependant on the size of your order so you will need to send us the details so that we can send you a quote for delivery. This service will also enable you to track your parcel where we can send you a tracking number which can be used on the Royal Mail web site to follow the movements of your order.

If my order has not arrived what do I do?

This can normally be for many reasons so if you contact us as soon as possible and we will try and resolve the matter swiftly. We are always happy to fulfil our customers needs 100% of the time but situations may arise where you may not be fully happy with your purchase. Please email and let us know you are returning an item(s) as soon as possible and we will give you our returns address so we can resolve the matter swiftly.


Because all our custom printed products are tailored for you we cannot receive returns due to the fact that we will not be able to re-sell them on. If you have received your item(s) and you have found that they are either:

a) faulty/damaged
b) instructions not followed

Return the item(s) to us in its original packaging unworn and unused within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We will be happy to process you either a refund (excluding all postage and packaging) once we have received and checked the item(s) or a reprint and resupply.


If you have received your order and the item(s) are the wrong size, we will be very glad to exchange (subject to availability) it for a different size.

When you return your item(s) they must be in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition, together with a copy of your order details and the reason for your return within 14 days of receipt.

Onscreengraphics will always try to process returns/exchanges as quickly as possible but please note that it may take up to 5 days to process once we receive your returns.
